These are the people who deserve a swift kick to the ass on a daily basis. I have been stuck with one from another department who has annoyed me to no end. She is loud, obnoxious, abrasive, and generally unpleasant. Topping off her nasty personality is her belief that she knows HR's job better than the HR professionals responsible for HR activities.
Some may call her a know-it-all, I settled for horrific bitch and called it a day.
