You have your HR hat on, even when watching TV.
I was watching Criminal Minds last night. Every time I see Morgan and Garcia flirting, making inappropriate comments, etc., all I can think about is sexual harassment.
It gets worse. There are times when Hotch (the boss) can hear/see it. What happened to his duty to act?

2. When you read the paper and can spot an emerging employment trend before anyone else.
3. When you shop at the mall and start to see a link between employee morale and compensation and feel compelled to talk to the store manager at Sephora about it.
Or is this just my life?
